Natalie Edwards Progresses on PRINCE2 Pathway
Done Together CIC celebrates Natalie Edwards passing her PRINCE2 Foundation exam as part of our commitment to well-structured, values-led project delivery.
We’re really pleased to share that our Lead Director, Natalie Edwards, has passed her PRINCE2 Foundation exam, after a week long course and a separate exam and is now working towards the Practitioner qualification.
For us, this is about strengthening how we organise and deliver the work we do with communities, partners and local organisations, especially as our projects grow in size and complexity.
Why this matters
Our work spans project management, workplace training, partnership projects, consultation, evaluation and communications and engagement. These pieces of work often involve sensitive topics, tight timelines and lots of people to bring together.
PRINCE2 Foundation gives Natalie a solid grounding in PRINCE2’s structure and framework for planning, risk awareness and clear roles and responsibilities. Natalie has over 20 years of event organisation and project management but a clear, industry recognised qualification will help all members of the Done Together team to keep projects steady, transparent and well‑held from start to finish.

As a CIC in our first year with a growing footprint across North Wales, we want to develop in a way that’s responsible and true to our values. Investing in continuous professional development is one of the ways we’re strengthening our systems and building trust with the organisations we work alongside.
