Bev Jepson is the organiser who makes things possible. From managing live music venues to coordinating civic projects, she thrives behind the scenes, sorting suppliers, budgets, and logistics so big ideas can take flight.
Bev’s lived experience as a mum and carer to neurodiverse children fuels her passion for inclusion, accessibility, and creating family-friendly spaces. She ensures Done Together projects are welcoming for all.
Bev is active in local networks supporting neurodiverse families and carers. She regularly contributes to accessibility forums and collaborates with community groups to improve inclusive practices.
